Do the arrangements come with the vase/pot as shown in the photo?
Yes! If you see an arrangement in a vase or pot in the photo then you are purchasing everything exactly as you see it.
Do you take custom order requests?
Yes! We can create custom orders. Simply fill in the custom order form with your budget to spend and colours you are after and any height/width restrictions and we can work with you to create your vision. You are welcome to email through any inspo pics you have to luxebloomsbybec@gmail.com
Can I pick up my flowers from your home studio?
Yes you sure can. Just select 'pickup' at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a mutual convenient day/time.
Do you do flower deliveries?
Yes! We offer free local delivery for the Manor Lakes and Wyndham Vale, Vic community. We can deliver to local and surrounding suburbs in the West of Melbourne also. Please see the delivery fee schedule under the 'deliveries' tab to see the delivery fees and suburbs we deliver to.
Can I come and view your pre-made flower arrangements at your home studio?
Yes of course you can. Please fill out the contact form and mention in your message that you would like to come and view what we currently have available and we will be in touch with a suitable day/time.
Do you offer shipping/postage?
Yes we do we post Australia wide. Postage will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping.
How do you package your flowers for postage/shipping?
We pack your flowers with the utmost care and use lots of bubble wrap to ensure the pot/vase and flowers are nice and secure. Gaps around the flowers and pot/vase are filled with air filled pillows or extra kraft paper/bubble wrap. We often use upcycled sturdy boxes for shipping. Fragile stickers are also used on the outside of the box for extra protection.
Do you offer refunds or change of mind?
We do not offer refunds or change of mind. Please refer to our refund policy.
